Your Role:
Join a small, experienced operations team ensuring observability and reliability of critical infrastructure. Your focus: monitoring systems — setup, improvement, and tuning.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate & improve tools like Icinga2, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, etc.
- Translate requests into clear technical requirements
- Evaluate infrastructure for scalability & stability
- Prepare estimates, diagrams & roadmaps
- Participate in on-call rotation (after onboarding)
Your Profile:
- Strong Linux admin skills (99% Linux)
- Experience with monitoring tools & basic scripting (Bash/Python)
- Good communicator, structured thinker
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

Salary starts at € 44,450 gross/year, overpayment based on experience
